Stayed for 2 nights around Christmas. Overall a good impression.
- Location: readily accessible from airport. Relatively central although there is better for that.
- Service and features: staff were extremely friendly. English was limited or difficult to understand though. There are 2 restaurants within the hotel which, although quite extensive, serve good meals. Open until 23:00. The full-featured spa and the swimming pool were nice as well.
- Rooms: spacious and clean. On the con side, it looked a bit old at some places, with e.g. Small cracks in the walls in the room corners or the overall appearance or the shower

Stayed for 1 night only but the room was very comfort, the bed feels good with soft pillows. Sadly I wasn't had the chance to try all of the hotel facilities, also due to the flash deal, i didn't get the morning breakfast. But in overall it was a good experience for me.

lovely hotel and service with smile

value for money to stay at swiss-belhotel. with booking trough agoda, we get very good price compared with booking directly to the hotel. location of this hotel is strategic and but very hard to get food stall outside of the hotel. the room is big and clean and it serves the purpose for traveling with kids. from here we can see the colorful of mangga besar city.

I like the big room n the big bathroom also.This hotel not a crowded one,but with the security sistem card into the lift a little bit bothering,cause I think the hotel should provide 2 key card room,because usually at least 2 person stay in a room and it's a little bit bothering to wait infront the lift everytime your roomate back to the hotel.
