Stayed there for one night. Clean, well-maintained room, facility, and good restaurant. This hotel would be a good for business travellers, location is not so convenient though. Overall, value for money.

Nice big bathroom and staffs are great and they know you by name that's a big plus to me!

Hotel is quite new actually, the room and bathroom are huge compared to Rasuna Icon which I usually stay. The Grill restaurant downstairs is excellent, if you were there a must to eat at least once. The second floor food is slightly blend for my taste however I did not try the breakfast was told the selection is great.
As soon as you are out of the hotel you are smack in the "macet" but then its true for pretty much anywhere in Jakarta. Close enough to shopping center such as Mangga Dua Square, WTC and ITC. Also close to Mangga Besar evening area (if you into that)
All in all, yes I would stay there again!!

check in was smooth and i asked for a smoking room. it took them 20 minutes to sent an ashtray to me as i checked in !
the food option was limited for the executive area. the room was nice and big. liked the concept. happy with the friendly services

Jakarta was the last destination in a strings of 1 night stays all around Thailand and Indonesia. So I was looking forward to a night in a high-end hotel.
Oh my dear, not as I expected.
1. Arrival: Could the security guard or any staff help with the luggage? I kinda understand you can't wait outside until 1 am (my arrival was late), but security guard saw us driving up in front of the hotel, he saw me pay the driver and he looked at us when my driver took out my luggage. In total the staff had almost 4 min upon my arrival to hep me in. I actually had to ask them to please give me a hand.
2. Since I had booked with Agoda, I didn't manage to print out the confirmation. When I came to reception desk, that became such an issue, that I had to resend my confirmation to the reception desk.
3. Bathroom: Some of the tiles looked dirty, but looking closer it was actually that they where worn out and some half broken.
4. So as mention I arrived after 1 am and after a shower and settling inn it was already 2 am, but happy as a clam that my bed was comfy! OMG it was high quality!! Not as happy 8:30 am when laundry lady rings on my door. Not once or twice but 4 TIMES! Would you like to get something washed she says!!! I didn't order laundry or a wake-up call. Is this a policy at Swiss-Belhotel?
If you are spending money on a good hotel, there are sooo many other hotels I would recommend you before Swiss-Belhotel.
And don't think Im a bithcy woman writing this, cause I do adjust my expectations along with price range and standard.
