Everything was good except obtaining a taxi.
They insist on us using their hotel cab service instead of getting a blue bird cab for us.
We had to make a trip to Ancol for a concert. Their cab driver told us that we had to pay additional for parking services which was ridiculous as there was no need for parking as he was just dropping us off. The next cab we took to Ancol did not ask us for additional.
Other than that, their breakfast buffet was good and yummy.
Most staff understands and speaks simple english. Some dont and it got really frustrating. But they were all nice.

cannot really find anything to complaint on this hotel. staffs are friendly and helpful. room is clean. breakfast is fantastic.
the only thing i would like to said is there is no free airport transfer from hotel to airport. you have to pay for it.
wifi in the room and lobby are working good.

It's like a home away from home. Although this is my first stay at this hotel, it seems that you are one of their member of the family. However, I suggest some improvement made to the lobby. It it kind of bare and empty. Some improvement to the restaurant too in term of food and drinks. The warm in the staff is unfortunately not reflected in the overall secoratio.

As usual, the room was very clean and it is very spacious.The room service ios expensive but good. As usual the traffic was bad. One of the bad feature is the expensive limousine taxsi at the hotel. It is about double the rate. This gave a bad imprression to the occupant.
Why not use the Blue taeksi as in other hotels?
Shopping Tip:
TAke a blue taxi. SOmetimes the Silver taxi impose a minimum charge of 25 ribu which is not impose by iothers
