location is near everything

i checked in at 10 pm, but the receptionist is hard to find my booking under agoda, so i have to wait until 12 pm :( but overall this hotel is quite good

Comfortable, slightly old room, great breakfast
The room was spacious and clean enough but things were rather old and some things are not properly maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious with numerous choices. The service staff were polite and swift.

Aside from the room cleaning, which was not thorough (our tea cup from the night before was not washed) and the response was slow (it took almost 1 hour to deliver extra soap and shampoo to our room), my husband and I were pretty satisfied with the hotel.

I thought that the room was very comfortable and the shower room and bath were of very good service.It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.The staff were very friendly, breakfast was of a very high standard and overall the experience was extremely pleasant.
This is one hotel that should be booked all the time and the shopping facilities were also close by.

Quite and Peaceful Hotel

As usual, Swiss Belhotel id my favourite hotel whenever I stay in Jakarta.
On this occassion, I discovered the honesty of the hotel staffs especially the cleaner. I have left my handphone charger and only realized it two days after check-out. I call the hotel front desk and as always, they happy to assist me and found the charger in their safe keeping.
I thank you so much to all the hotel staffs for their honesty and realiability that make me decided Swis Belhotel is a place to stay whenever I am in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Its my second time to stay in Swiss Belhotel. The service is consistance and every staffs including the secruity guards at the door is very friendly and considerate.
From my first and second expereince, I can now confirm Swiss Belhotel is a place to stay for the new comer to Jakarta. It is situated closed to almost everything..from food, shopping and mosque.

very nice and clean hotel. good restaurant is available for guest who is lazy to go out. the room has nice clean environment. the bath room is clean and quite spacious. the bed is comfortable. the air condition producing with correct temperature. nice lcd tv with good program for people who do not like to go for night life.
