Stay 2 Night at the weekend
Breakfast , staff, room comfort
Stay 2 Night at this hotel was just nice Breakfast many varieties, fast check in And check out. Well trained staff. It just the room needs little bit repair.

Nice room but bathroom doors need to be changed
the room was ok. nice view from the room. but the problem is the bathroom door. other people in the room can peek inside the bathroom. please renovate this because we are not always travelling with families. sometimes with friends only.

Strategic Location for Business and Leisure
Close to Mangga Dua/Magga Besar, Clean surrounding, Good accessibility
I picked Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar as my base for the Java Jazz Festival 2016 and I am glad I did. The hotel offered what is expected of a 4-Star facility. On top of that, there are Blue Bird taxis readily available at the hotel entrance. As I needed to catch up on sleep after coming back late from the Festival, their extended breakfast time until 10:30 am was a much welcomed bonus. They have a very good range and spread of breakfast buffet. To rejuvenate before going for the Festival again, I used their spa and massage facility. I will definitely return to Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar if I have other events in the area.

Location, spa, size
The room condition was very poor in comparison with other Swis Bel hotels I've used. Water leakage in most hallways left both the hall and room very damp and bad smell. The air conditioning was also very poor. I could not sleep under blankets or sheets. The staff was helpful in changing rooms for me but the condition was the same. I will not stay there again.

Noisy rooms
Receptionist are more like immigration counter hardly smile :( Greedy to suck money for everything. I arrived early at 9 am though I had requested an early check in and my room was available But they asked me to pay a hole day charge just for an early check in!!!! Even the room wasn't occupied !! Zero recommended.

Getting old
This hotel need alot of maintenance. The room in corridors are leaking. The cleaner take so long to clean the room so you have to always waiting for long long to get in.
