Tanti L. Solo travelers United Kingdom, May 10, 2013	good room size nothing else is good room size 5 Good room size that is the only good things of this apartment. Central location but still difficult to go any where. You still have to use public transport even just going to have lunch which mean have to go though the Jakarta traffic. No one know the location of the hotel, its not well signed. Taxi driver will take you around2, through bad Jakarta traffic. Internet poorly, you are lucky when you able to connect, power cut all the time and always take them forever to switch to generator. They have to send security to carry my suitcase for checkout coz they still cant make their generator work after about few hours. They dont have safe deposit box. They said they have it behind receptionist desk, they dont. All they do is only keep your valuable under their open desk. I was furious when I found out they keep my passport under their open desk for days. One they they dont have staff behind the front desk then they just put anybody there. When I ask at front desk for taxi his answered there is no taxi available because of bad traffic out there and will take one hour to order it, we walk try to find taxi our self after 10 minutes walk we found lots of taxi on the road and at taxi rank at the hotel not far from it and no traffic on the road at all. He just dont want to make a call to taxi company, He was too busy chatting on the phone

Couples Indonesia, April 28, 2013	Comfortable stay and easy acces Location, pool and shopping 7.3 2nd time visit, easy acces location near Sarinah, Bunderan HI(Grand indonesia/Plaza Indonesia mall) Near busway stop for the people who would like to try public transport. Nice pool for some laps.
