Value for money!
Cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom, friendly staff
Hotel is old but well maintained, staffs' response to our request was quick, location is easy to find, clean bathtub, small parking space but don't have to worry about finding one because it's taken care of by hotel security, breakfast was okay. Overall we are satisfied with the hotel, it's high value for money, given the price.

Bad!!!
Went there on New Year's Eve. Asked for airport transfer.when we landed, there was no one to fetch us! When we reached the hotel, hotel staff was not approachable. There was suppose to be a store in the hotel and it was not opened at all till we left on 3rd Jan! When we checked in, the hotel air con was not working, when we wanted to call the reception , the phone was not even working!!! We had to go down to the reception to complain! We were upgraded to another room after waiting for almost 30min. There was a massage parlor at level 9. We went there to do reservation for the next day and told we wanted the spa treatment which was inclusive of body scrub, traditional body massage and facial. The lady told us we do not need a reservation and told us to come back e next day. On the eve, they said they had steamboat and continental buffet. So we went there. Much to our disappointment, there was no steamboat! And no continental buffet as well. Looked like normal dishes. The next day we went at noon to do the spa package. That was when we were informed that the spa package was not availed yet and they only have body massage and they have no room! They will come to our room to do it! That was ridiculous! I was staying with my brother! You want us to share the same bed to do full body massage??? And they seem to not know where is the nearest spa saloon and worst still, we wanted to buy crackers and asked the hotel. All there could tell us,was they do not know where!! And we already informed the reception that we would be checking out at 4pm on our last day. And we had calls repeatedly to our room asking us why we haven checked out!!!! The food was really terrible! Peanut sauce was so thick n tasted awful! Breakfast buffet was the same every day! their fried rice was so dry that barely swallow them!! breakfast was so bad that they Neva bothered to ask us what hot drinks we want till we approach them. It was a bad experience in the hotel!!!

Very bad staying experience

The hotel smelled really bad, and the staff refused to change my room. The are many visible stain on the bed sheet. Sorry to say, but for me the room was so disgusting that i will never come back to this hotel.
