Nice location, great view to the ocean, good buffet
door key card did not work properly (twice)
Overall my stay at Novotel Balikpapan Hotel was a good experience, staff as always in Indonesia were efficient and helpful, hotel is new so furnishing and fittings all nice, only regret was the door key card which malfunctioned often, this seemed to be a recurring problem and should be fixed.
