This hotel is about 2km from town -- walkable if you don't mind turning down rides from every passing motorcycle. The rooms are nice, and the location is beautiful, at the corner of a long beach that had very few people when I was there (May 2013). Breakfast (6am-10am) is reasonable and Internet was rather poor in my corner room. Windows are locked but you can request the key from the front desk. The staff was very helpful in everything.

Generally very good. Value for money could be better but not many alternatives. The local transport using the hotel car is too expensive and takes fro the travelling experience as it discourages guests from finding out more about the hotel surrounds. Note - Hotel laundry is about 50%+ more expensive than comparable hotels in surrounding islands. You feel exploited due to the captive nature of the facitilies availabe locally - takes from having a really great stay. The staff really make the stay. Note the beach and surrounds are really disgusting from a litter point of view - totally unuseable. Not suitable for a beach holiday but a ood base for exploring the Komodo National Park

Great Staff. Overpriced laundry and disgraceful hotel car hire rates. I know that things on Flores are more expensive due to import but it is so easy to compare the car and fuel costs that these rates are not justifiable. A hotel policy change om this one would be great and encourage return trips. Not my first time staying here - will I stay again? depends on value for money. The beach is totally unusuable due to litter pollution - not just here but all of Labuan Bajo - still a long ways to go in developing. Great Staff espeically in the restruant & kitchen. A visit to the local childrens re-hab is well worthwhile.

We were here during low season, so it was quiet and we liked it very much the quietness. We felt too short to stay only 3 nights during the weekend. We will insya Allah return to this hotel for at least 5 nights, preferably during low season again.
