An Alternative Option for Adventure Seekers: Guests can ride local boat (wooden boat with counterweight bars on each side, restraining the boat from turning upside down) to Bumbangku from Gerupuk to see live surfing. Guests can also enjoy the fascinating view of the bay along the way to our hotel. The trip by boat costs IDR 100.000/boat for 4 persons. A local boat alternatively is provided by the local boatman; which may be charged at different rates. Please note that the life jacket is not provided and the wave might be strong or not, depending on the weather. The season with strong wave usually starts on September to December, Great Season for the Surfers!!! The transport service can be arranged beforehand, please inform directly to the hotel.

Couples Singapore, April 11, 2013	Theraputic stay, away from the world Away from the crazyness of Kuta,serene surroundings and helpful staff 8 My husband and I were looking for a place to recover from the madness of being in a city and we found it at Bumbang beach - 20 mins drive away from Kuta. There were 2 couples including ourselves during low season so we had the whole beach to ourselves. The rooms deluxe were large with big screen TV and a fridge. It was quite clean with not much mosquitoes compared to the rest of Lombok. The beach - it's average compared to the beautiful beaches in Mauwan and Selong Blakas (?) though this are and the neighbouring beach is truly unspoiled and you won't find any one disturbing you. The staff - accommodating and open to any suggestion for improvements. Won't bug you to sign up for any packages unlike the rest of Lombok.... Access from airport to Kuta - it's a short drive from Kuta and and approx 1 hour from the airport. Parts of the road are relatively safe to drive on. The parts that are not fixed can be quite a challenge to drive on so best to get the hotel staff to pick you up from the airport. The area - great place to explore if you love nature :

Solo travelers Malaysia, November 01, 2012	Beautiful view with friendly staff freshly grilled seafood that we catch by ourselves! 10 I was so lucky to find this place, my friend recommended it to me. It's so far away from all the noise and it feels like I own the whole place all for myself. The staff was really friendly, they helped me with many things. Canoeing toward the sunset is also very fun, I can keep canoeing until the small island and took a few pictures before coming back to the hotel. Overall, superb! Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The view is superbly amazing!
