Beautiful place, good location to the senggigi and mataram, friendly This is my second time to stay at this hotel and both were good experience. It has its own beach, nice pool and beautiful garden with nice sea view. The room and the food is standard but everything is to my delight. The price was good compare to the other hotels and other facility such as local tour, diving, snorkeling are available. Moreover the warm and friendly staff are helpfull is really made my stay feel homy during my vacation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a motorbike in the afternoon or in the morning to get amazing view from the hill near to the hotel.

Spacious Family Appartment, excellent friendly staff, clean quiet beach The food was rather average with a limited selection Would recommend as a great place for a Family or as a cheap option two couples in the family apartments (extra room has own bathroom, external door etc). Staff were very friendly and helpfull. 10 minutes, R13k trip to Sengiggi with lots of excellent meal options, or Quinci just up the beach for gourmet food. Beach is clean, hawkers are fine as there are not that many and you get to know them (and they you) after a couple of days (would recommend the 'mango lady' - amazing fruit, and ask the other hawkers to arrange stuff for you as usually 1/2 the price of the hotel, eg snorkelling gear, day trips etc). Were sad to leave, will be returning next year, will be great once he Int Airport opens (2010 or 2011 depending on who you ask).
Restaurant Tip : Quinci up the beach (1st is western, 2nd is asian) or head into Sengiggi for gourmet at Square (most expensive in town, but worth it), or great food at good prices at Yessy Cafe.

Lovely grounds, extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful staff Little to no beach, rooms are in need of updating Although the rooms were clean, they are in much need of updating. The grounds were very lovely and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was ok, but all 3 had the exact same menu! Loved the poolside bar!
There is not much as far as the beach goes when the tide is up and the drop off could be very dangerous. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. This is a great place to go if you just want to relax because there's not much else going on out there.

Nice view from the balconey of the ocean view room. reasonably quiet at night old pool algae on walls, old everything in rooms, expensive restaurants with unappealing food on offer The resort was once probably very nice, however it is now showing its age and possibly poor management. it is a bit too far from the restaurants of senggigi but it is only about $2 each way in a taxi which is easy. the beach is okay but you will be harrassed by hawkers everytime you use it.I felt that it wasn't safe to put my head under the water in the pool as it is very warm and I couldn't smell any chlorine and the algae on the walls indicated it wasn't very clean. The upshot is the sunsets and the view to bali's mountains.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Snorkelling in Gili was worth the trip

Staff Food and Beverage fairly expensive I had an excellent stay here and I put this down to the staff, nothing is to much for them from the Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Housekkeping very impressed, this comes from someone who works in the Hospitality Industry. The rooms with Ocean view, we were in 335 simply fantastic. I loved the close proximity to the beach and the sound of the waves at night. I will definetly be coming back here and for the price I paid very good value for money
Travel tip : Speak to the guys on the beach and get a boat trip around the Gilli Islands for 500,000 rupiah or try Cafe Alfredoa fantstic Italian Restaurant on the other side of Senigig.

This hotel is right on the beach, great pool, great food and the staff were wonderful. The only con I can think of would be if your looking for night life there isnt any. I spent 4 days at this hotel with a friend. It was very relaxing after a week in kuta. The pool is great the staff are wonderful. You have to try the cocktails. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Lovely "outdoor" bathroom

Very pleasant staff Cleanliness of pool and spa,
poor breakfast (hot food) which was always cold
We opted for a beach bungalow which wasn't quite as expected being a "semi" but never the less was very pleasant and spacious with a really large bathroom.
Food wasn't up to much, breakfast ok if you only like toast, cake and croissants! as hot food was always cold.
Not a lot going on at the Hotel but very relaxing.
Evening meals not good either.
Restaurant Tip : Try Quinci Villas along the beach,much better food.
Also if you are getting there by boat make sure you ask your Hotel for transfers otherwise you are dumped on a beach and at the mercy of ruthless "taxi" drivers

as a four star hotel, great view, has private beach, you can hear wave at the night, a lot of facilities for familiy stay. a little bit far from sengigi that's best hotel i staied during this trip in indonesia. my room(ocean view) has great view, you can hear big wave hit the beach, a lot of palm tree in garden, very good food, although a little expenesive. swiming in the sea is so great i can not forget.

-We were at that Hotel because we were Scuba Diving with Blue Marlin
-The pool is fantastic
-The staff are fantastic
-Check in was great & we were upgraded The room really needed renovating, but still they were very clean. tv's very old & not working properly. Breakfast was quite poor with most food being extremely greasy.
We chose Holiday Resort because there is a Blue Marlin Dive cent re at the hotel. Upon check in we pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at no extra cost. Although the rooms were in need of a face lift they were very clean & comfortable & poolside which was excellent. The pool is fantastic & right next to the beach & the water aerobics was a lot of fun. I think the Breakfast could be improved greatly as there was not much of a choice, the food was very greasy & with 1 small toaster for a large hotel was quite annoying. The staff were all brilliant & nothing was too much trouble. This hotel was value for money & we will definitely stay there again

No free wi-fi Lombok is a beautiful island and well worth a visit. We left here after bali and wish we had come sooner. The hotel is very modern and the staff are friendly it is well worth the money, however the prices off food and drink do not reflect the quality. We often eat at quiny villas just up the beach for the same price but the food was excellent as is their spa.
Restaurant Tip : Quincy villas just up the beach is excellent plus most resturants in sengigi will provide free taxi there and back if you phone in advance. A good resurtant in the town is bambo.

Great location and beautiful grounds, well decorated rooms. All of the food was quite expensive for our budget. We had used a different credit card and filled out authorization for it but when we arrived they hadn't recieved it. Reception and tour guides were very helpful. Room was clean and well decorated. There is a TV with a sustantial amount of channels and room service is very prompt! Garden chalet, but still had a small view of the ocean and the pool is great. Right on the beach, and close to Senggiggi so lots of restaurant access. I would recommend this for a beach holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Seeing the surrounding temples in cheaper in a taxi than an organised tour, they will turn off the meter and wait for you while you are visiting places of interest!

Friendly staff, nice hotel and clean. Basically we really enjoy staying at this hotel. More better, if the restaurant could provide meal with the right taste for Sate and Gado-Gado. The rest are OK.

As my "cons" comment: I think the staff (receptionist) must do a better job in terms of reaching the guest. I came to Lombok especially to meet with this guest, but I missed.
