Some staff not very experienced but friendly and helpful. Pool is nice, "Gym" is not a Gym, but one running machine and one ergometer (bicycle)only. No shops around. If you want to buy beer you need to walk (15 min on foot) to the Shopping Mall - not a nice walk though!! (5 min by taxi).

2. facilities: good (nice landscape design swimming pool, gym room)
3. staff professionalism: reception able to speak simple english
4. surrounding area: nothing beside bank, police station and a big park infront of the hotel.
5. breakfast: fair. variety choice but not tasty.

The hotel is new and good interior, but staff are not professional to handle guest check in. There is no mini bar in the room, looks like very cheap hotel. I just would like to stay in city area in Lombok but I will not choose this hotel again.
