I really appreciate the staffs' efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had problem with the shower a little, and was a bit shocked to see that the shower place is like having a missing bathtub and has no cover. The shower issue was immediately solved, turned out that we didn't know how to use the shower properly. When we had problem setting up the internet, the staff was also very helpful and even lent us a laptop during our stay, which is very nice gesture. The hotel itself is pretty much comfortable. We have a room with mini pool in front of it, nice to take an evening or morning dip. The breakfast spread wasn't so fantastic, but still ok.

his resort is perfect if you want to relax and also have easy access to quiet areas of Lombok. The only negatives I found were that the door to the room was difficult to lock (involved a lot of effort to lift the door up before turning the key) and the water pressure in the shower was pretty week. Besides that, the place is ultra comfy and the staff go out of their way to help you with a smile on their face.

This resort is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly. You feel welcomed as soon as you step in the resort ground. They greet you with a big smile, especially at the front desk. Thanks!
Nicely located, in a quiet valley, away from the noise (except on Sunday when there is a lot of traffic on the main road). It is also away from the beach, away from the too many touts you unfortunately find in Senggigi. They have two amazing pools.
I stayed here for 4 nights and I really enjoyed it. Very relaxing atmosphere.
The room is big and modern. Nice linen and comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. I rarely saw a room so clean. They even fold your clothes.
The breakfast is ok. I had lunch and dinner once and food was good.
The negative points are, there is no cable/satellite TV (you could borrow DVDs at the front desk) and the wifi is TERRIBLE ! You keep on getting disconnected (always have to enter user name and password everytime) and very slow. Very frustrating when you in the process of buying plane tickets or making a hotel reservation. These two points should't be in such a high end resort.
