the resort and spa are located in different locations. lets talk about the resort first, each room were separated privately into a small village-like area. it depends on which room you are in if the room is bigger or the toilet is. we booked here before and after our rinjani trek so we were able to almost book all the rooms. in-room water dispenser pours water very slow, haha. toiletries smells so good. superb rain-shower specially when you come from the mountain (Rinjani). reasonably priced hotel food but i suggest stick to what you know because some food does not cater to foreign tongue (or is it just me - not sure). the pool is very relaxing and private, we even had our engagement dinner there - super romantic and quiet. moving on to the spa, you will be transferred to another location from the resort lobby. we had an appointment by 530pm and we were at the lobby by 5pm so we waited for somebody to inform us that the shuttle arrived already by 10mins passed and nothing. somebody asked me if they can help and told them we were waiting for pickup but i don't think he understood and when we approached the reception they said our appointment was 830 but they corrected it 5mins after so we were picked up after 20mins of waiting. that is a long time for people who just got off a 4d3n hike from rinjani, haha. anyway, they corrected it right away and we were transferred to a more tranquil place with lots of animals such as birds, deers, monkeys and dogs! the massage was just so-so, i mean considering it belongs to one of the luxury spas around but the jacuzzi-inspired revitalizing pool was just perfect for a quick dip - a must try.

Lombok is a great place to visit.

We have booked cheapest room (cozy budget) , which was really nice, but like duplex with bedroom on second floor and bathroom in first floor and it can be reached by open stairs, we were shocked, but reception act fast and we get free upgrade to better room (as we understood not all cozy budget rooms were like ours, but otherwere taken) which was really lovely, located at the back side of reception with some staff noice, but still perfect. Everything else just perfect, hotel decoration perfect design up to smalest details is unique, showers in bathrooms like art made by artist. Staff is perfect an restaurant meals also. If yo will be lucky to get invitation from the owner to coctail party at president villa it' must to do andto meet the owner to see his colection. When you know the owner you understand why hotel is so perfect and unique. Wish we get back one day.

Me and my husband really enjoyed this trip to Lombok! Its our first time to Lombok and i'm glad i choose the fantastic resorts for our stays. Thanks for the Agoda members's reviewed too! Agoda member's staying experience and reviewed does help a lot! Puri Mas managed by the Dutch owner himself and her sister in the resort. They are extremely friendly and the staffs are very helpful. Generally, we will come back for sure!
Only one exception, we had massage at Puri Mas Resort and we hope the masseurs can put on deodorant maybe? Sorry but don't feel offensive ya, we only hope the best during the whole pleasant and relax session....Cheers!

Excellent! Everyone was extremely accommodating. We asked for a late checkout and they gave us a room where we could shower/change etc. Nothing was too much trouble. It was small enough to feel welcome and 'known' but it certainly didn't compromise on services and facilities.
