Situation on the beach

Snorkelling It is quite a big hotel. However only time you really noticed it is with breakfast
We really enjoyed staying in the Senggigi beach hotel.
The hotel and one of the restaurants (Italian) is right on the beach.There is also an Asian restaurant with a view on the swimming pool.
I have never seen such a beautiful sunset before (even not at Tannah Lot in Bali).
It was the first time I went snorkelling. Lots of fun. We went after a few days to Gili Trawan island and continued worth snorkelling: fantastic.
There were enough chairs on the beach for sunbathing, but you can also move under the trees for shadow.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with a small balcony with two chairs. Also a good shower.
Travel tip : Take with you a mask and snorkel. They are very expensive to hire and difficult to buy.

Old rooms, toilet hadn't been cleaned, air conditioning leaked We were not impressed with the Senggigi Beach Hotel at all. The rooms were old and moldy, and upon our arrival, we found that the toilet had not been cleaned (urine on the seat!) and the air conditioning leaked. In addition, house keeping knocked on our door each day at 8 am to clean the rooms! Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place again -- there are many other better value hotels nearby, including the Sheraton and Puri Mas.

High prices at the restaurants. Very good services, fine rooms with nice view over the beaches. Nice sun chairs in the shadows of the trees.

Spacious grounds on beach, friendly staff, rooms with views over ocean TV reception and satellite channels not too good The Senggigi Beach Hotel is a very spacious hotel covering a large area and fronting two bays of Senggigi Beach. It is very relaxing, the room I had overlooked the beach and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast included in the price was really excellent. This hotel represents good value for money and is a great place to stay in Lombok.

On the beach bungalow - lovely views.
Happy hours.
Beach.
Good facilities.
Waiting staff not so helpful but the rest were good.
We had to rush our breakfast and the staff were clearing up at 10am sharp.
The hotel itself is lovely - I did expect a little more - it felt a bit outdated to what we were used to. The location really good and the facilities on site really good. There's not much to do outside of the hotel. The area is quite small and the best bits would be to enjoy the gorgeous beaches. I would recommend to eat breakfast early so you dont feel rushed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There's not much to see outside of the hotel - saying this we went during Ramadan so it was really quiet.

Lush landscaped grounds, nice cottage rooms, low cost Lots of hawkers on the beach I loved the place and highly recommend it, however those wishing a 5-star environment may not prefer this. The hotel grounds and amenities are nice in themselves but the surrounding area lacks any of the high end shopping some may wish for but I seek to avoid. If you want a gorgeous place at the beach in an out of the way area come to Senggigi

Not taking into account the rest of the island, the resort is better than most of the beach resorts at Bali.
