Friendly and helpful receptionists,centrally located and easy access to eating place. 6.3 Our stay at Santika Hotel can be considered as comfortable. The room and bathroom is small but clean.Comnpared with Aston Hotel Makassar Convention Centre, I would considered Aston offered better value for money.However, the receptionists are much more efficient.They are much more helpful and provided us with good reccommendation for foods and also arranged tranportation for us during our stay.
