Families with older children Malaysia, March 25, 2013	Expensive for a budget hotel Nothing was best 4.7 The superior standard room we booked via agoda was awful, the bathroom resembled a public toilet, and the bed was so uncomfortable. I had to immediately change to a superior deluxe room which was better in comfort except the bath of this superior deluxe room has foot reflexology stone pebbles on its shower place which was dirty and it was unpleasant to step on those while one took a shower. Ridiculous!

"Air freshener" installed high on wall emmiting foul smell frequently to overpower bad smell from drains. Sink not in bathroom but bedroom, and so shallow that handwash wash difficult. Breakfast very very simple and boring. Staff friendly.
