Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The hotel is rather aged but well maintained. The swimming pool overlook all rooms and tend to be noisy.
Shopping Tip:
Head to the main street along the hotel for the fruit chips like apple chip, mango chips and nangka chip or jackfruit....its different and nice

Businessmen need hotel with convenient location like this, easy access to heart of town and ease of rental car with fair price. All staffs are friendly and welcome therefore I recommend to stay at this hotel whenever you are in Malang either for business or pleasure. Facilites are all new and modern

Excellent additional to local hospitality industry. Warm service and local touch (try Malang apples. Sour, sweet, and crunchy at the reception table).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
- hotel staffs have nearby tours and sightseeing packages. Mostly family attraction at Batu area (only 45 minutes from hotel).
- if you are willing to travel farther, Bromo mountain is another best feature. Leave on midnight and see wonderful sunrise. Bring your jacket... on your way down, ask the driver to stop by river rafting at Probolinggo area. Test your guts out there. 2 river paths are your selection. Fee includes safety and river guide.
- Malang itself is a dutch colonial architecture preservation. Nice weather made us possible to walking around city.
- Local culinary is simple and far away from spicy. Meatball (Bakso) & Noodle (Cwie-mie) or both in one bowl are local signatures. But, just like its architectural archives, nice old dutch bistros scattered around city. Visit Toko Oen and Und Restaurant.
- Golfers needs to travel quite distance to Pandaan (north of Malang) for decent counts of holes or off-course Surabaya

this is a very affordable hotel if we look from teh star and the hotel's facility.the room was very clean,the facility such as swimming pool and wifi. the breakfast buffet serve lots of traditional food especially from malang and java. the officers was very kind and polite also very helpful.it was a very delightful trip for me, and i am looking forward to stay there again if i have trip to malang again.
Shopping Tip:
there are few of department stores near the hotel.
