Smooth and nice, i order this hotel via agoda and surprisely i dont get a notification booking confirmation from agoda..also so do the hotel receeptionist. After that evrything runs smoothly.

There is no pool at the hotel and not much to do in the area, unless you are in need of a bank and a grocery store. The location is right downtown in congested traffic. I used it as a stop over before catching a local flight but next time, I would stay at a location close to the airport. Hotel provides a free shuttle 3 times daily to the local mall.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Regardless of what the front desk suggests for local flights, make sure you order a taxi for at least 2.5 hours ahead of check in time at the airport ($5 US). It takes 20-35 minutes to get there and the location of the hotel is in front of a congested intersection. The day I departed, the traffic was so bad that my taxi didn't even show up and the taxi company was no longer accepting phone calls from the hotel. I had to rent the hotel's car and driver for ($18US).

we stayed for three days and we enjoyed staying in the hotel. The hotels hands are friendly and helpful. we stayed in a room facing the sea as requested. our only regret is the T.V. channel which has very limited programmes.

The Room is nice, clean and coozy, but the bathroom aminities not complete and one thing that make me uncomfort, anyone can acces to any floor using elevator because the security system is not function. it's make me uncomfort for single traveler like me. Breakfast is perfect, you can find "Bubur Manado" in the menu.

Pretty nice hotel. Only drawbacks are poor choice of Tv channels, hot water not warm enough industrial breakfast ( for a country such as Indonesia where fruits are cheap and cofee very good you get artificial orange juice and nescafe) and not all personnel speaks english well.
Personnel is super nice and helpful, you are treated like a prince.
