Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Reasonable hotel
Rooms were big, breakfast was ok, welcome drink & snack provided. Security was good.

The cons.... we found a cockroach in the room one night, the shower had low pressure. When we requested for an iron, it was not available, could only send to laundry for them to iron.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If u plan to go to Lake Toba, its a 5 hour drive from Medan, just book your hotel for 1 night at Medan, stay the other nights at Lake Toba. At Medan, Sun Plaza (walking distance) is a good place to shop & eat.

Danau toba got most things under 1 roof
dont have to go far for night life

The place is great. After the whole day of meeting, you can just walk a little across the road in front of the hotels and you kind find great restaurants. Japanese, western food, you name it. Then after a hot shower, you can just decide to go Live Band performance or Karaoke. They even have Dangdut. Just walk less than 5 mins away.

great location with good facilities.Hotel employees were very helpful throughout our stay including efficient cleaners/housekeepers.Room is big with comfortable bed.
Breakfast spread was quite good compared to other hotels and security also good.Just recommended a group of travellers to this hotel.

Hotel with large and clean room

Hotel staff wait at Airport not display guest name & miss each other for 30 min. Room is large and clean and separate "no smoking level" is great. Breakfast is normal but good taste. There are no "tour counter" as shown in agoda website. Hotel security is good like airport security system, it make guest felt comfortable.
All staff are polite, but speak little english. One comment to respect the airport transfer timing must exactly depart at exact rihht timing. About 25 min delay almost miss the flight.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Arrange transport from hotel for 2-hour drive to nearby mountanious Brastagi town of 1200 ft above sea level. Very nice view. There are 153 ft height "Shwedagon Pagoda Replica" from Yangom, Myanmar, located in Taman Alan Lumbini, Tongkoh Village, just open 2 years ago with more than 1250 monks from around the world.

I not really like the place where i stay, and the design is old, smelly environment. With image and brand for a 5 star hotel, it's totally quite disappointing actually.
