Old hotel
The only good thing was the location it's in the central area.

I realized that it's a really old hotel when I arrived the hotel lobby. The room is really like out dated..the stardand was only 2 start hotel. It's not value for the money. Better choose other new hotels.

The rooms were big with sofas, coffee table. Excellent view of the swimming pool. Sufficient amenities such as massage, bars, drug store. Breakfast serves ample choices of food. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service from the airport and no tipping required.
Nightlife Tip:
Tavern Bar has a good live band. Be there early to get a good sit.

Good hotel in town center.

Overall it was a good experience staying in DTI hotel.The hotel has been refurbish and staff was polite and helpful.
Other facilities in the room is also good.They also provide free wifi with good connection.
I would recommend this hotel if people with family as they have a good pool outside.

Nasi padang - Garuda
Western colonial - tip top restaurant (kesawan)
Local bfast - Lontong kak ani
dinner - medan walk (plenty to choose)
