Small old standard room but clean
The hotel staff was fantastic. Sales Manager was extremely nice, so was the front office staff. Location is very good. Hotel rates were good.

Overall it was satisfactory. However please note the following:
1. Breakfast - no variety at all. That was a shame for this hotel. Need much much better bfast offering.
2. Rooms (Standard) - very very ordinary & old. Nonetheless, the housekeeping crew did a good job to keep the rooms clean & nice.
3. Bar ( Tavern ) - it's a sad tale of how overpriced the drinks were. A mug of beer cost Rp 60,000 (~USD7). A bottle of whiskey was priced Rp 1,800,000 (although the menu stated Rp 1,500,000 - they must tried to cheat us). The cheap whiskey therefore was approx. USD 185 per bottle. The band that was playing there was mediocre at best.

lovely hotel

nice rooms but recommended to stay rooms located either in 4th or 5th floor coz looks bigger and good view of the swimming pool...friendly staffs and good facility as pubs and disco is in the hotel vicinity...

OK for the value
Near Airport and Sun Plaza Mall

The Hotel is good for the value but a lil old.
The food was not so nice. you'd better go to the Malls nearby, where you can find everything you need.

the stay was good. clean room with friendly hotel staff. but the room was not up to 5 star facilities. very near to city area such as sun plaza, merdeka walk & some other hotspot

Hotel a little old and not as clean as it could be for 4 star hotel.
The shower water did not drain away
Staff were mostly helpful
The food was nice and plenty to eat
Restaurant Tip:
The waiter did not serve my tea for second time and asked me to get my own and wish they give the cultery as well without I have to ask

nach unserer rundreise durch sumatra haben wir hier eine nacht verbracht und einen gehobenen stadtteil von medan kennengelernt.
die zimmer sind groß, die bäder nicht mehr ganz neu. wi-fi hat problemlos funktioniert, das frühstück war gut und reichlich.
