good location, but lacking in every other aspect

Staff were less than helpful,a few advertised features, such as water and WiFi in the room also were not included/available. The breakfast was pretty poor.

Unsatisfied. They say they have LAN internet access in the rooms, which is not true. The room was dirty, not sure the sheets on the bed were changed. There were many bugs in the room including mosquitoes and some kind of bugs hopping on the bed. We had a problem with our taxi trying to rip us off, and even though the hotel manager agreed the price the taxi was trying to charge us was preposterous, he was no help trying to reason with the taxi driver. I would say the complimentary breakfast was better than nothing but actually nothing might have been better. Rooms are no where as nice as the ones pictured on the site.

this hotel also near to mesjid raya medan and istana maimun medan. only walking about 5-10 minutes..

This was the worst room ever, not recommended hotel in Medan. There are other better but cheaper hotels around, so do not waste your money and time in this hotel.

It is near city center and easy for Grand Mosque and Grand Palace. It is ordinary room, not clean enough and suitable for this tariff price.

I know my remark will give a bad reputation to the hotel but this is my true experience staying in this hotel, my Room was unsellable condition. Toilet bowl, basin and tub is dirty, flushing system is broken, water dripping from upper floor toilet. The towel with stain and not replace on the next day after they make-up room. The housekeeping staff is slow in action and just ignore your request to change the towel.

The room I was shown had no curtains and faced the street. I was offered another room but that was not a lot better. It was not clean and I had to ask for everything including towels and soap. The whole place needs renovation and is definitely not value for money. I moved to another hotel nearby for less money and it was much better.
