very bad toilet equipment

when i first time entered the room everything is fine, look like after renovation but still cant hide old detail interior, i was stay for two night. second day this hotel change my mood, when i use the toilet i cant flush, i call the technician so they settle it they say maybe has some tissue making clogged. after view hours i used the toilet again then i got the same problem.its so annoyed!!

Room and hotel areas are clean.Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the bell boy,just ask them your destination,definately they will give more informations than you needs.The only thing is that the bathroom needs to be upgraded.Overall ,GOOD Htl.
Shopping Tip:
If you wants to take the taxi, take Blue Bird Taxi (lite blue colour) as this taxi is using meter so that you don't have to bargain,furthermore its fully air-conditioning & comfortable.Minimum fare charged is Rp20,000 about US$2.

first of all i like the area where the hotel is located. the staff were friendly and offered a great service with sweet smiles. the room was very comfortable, big and very clean. the shower and bath-tub was great too. the lcd tv was in good condition and offered a lot of channels for viewing pleasure. the cafe provided a lot of varieties and very tasty foods. shopping outlets were quite close to the hotel.

Garduda Plaza Hotel in Medan is quite big and in a good location. It was full of travelers and staff was friendly and helpfull.
Internet (WLAN) didn't work in our booked room and we got another one for a reduced rate which was nice.
Make sure to book (or change to) the newly build wing as the rooms there are nicer than even the "better" (more expensive and bigger) ones in the older parts of the Hotel.
All in all a good, professional Hotel, especially for Sumatra. Will stay there again if in Medan.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room in the new wing (digital keycard instead of physical card with hole in it)
