While the room of the hotel is huge, the facilities were run down - e.g. the swimming pool. It appears that the place has not been upkept. The breakfast was good but there are plenty of smokers around and there is no restriction of smoking in the dining areas.

Old Hotel but Services remain excellent
I ask for airport transfer in this hotel and they send me a very kind hearted driver. The room is spacious and people are vey warm. Nice hotel to stay

I had a great moment staying at this hotel. Children are happy swimming in the children swimming pool and staff were very helpful. Recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Have dinner at Jl. Semarang using Motor Becak from the hotel is good and cheap

Room was big, with new LCD TV & king bed. Nothing to complain much about room, everything was good. But aunfortunately, the hotel is far away from main attraction such as Merdeka palace, Sun Plaza, Istana Maimon, Masjid Raya etc.

i like the room is big. the swimming pool is clean. there is a kfc across the hotel. the breakfast is not that fantastic. further from shopping mall. but you can just take the motor tricycle at average indr 10000 for 2 adult to the malls.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms

I was there with my grndchildren. They love the swimming pool and the bathroom with the bathtub. The room is also spacious, so they have ample space to run around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I went to Lake Toba. The trip takes 4 hours without the jam. So it is advisable to go there and stay overnight.

lovely hotel
My grandchildren love the stay at the hotel. They really enjoyed their time at the swimming pool and in the room, it is spacious and they enjoyed watching the cartoon channels.

We stayed at the hotel for a night and I have a wonderful time with my grandchildren at the swimming pool. And their bathtime is such a joy with the spacious bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We went to lake Toba and we stayed at a hotel there. It is better not to make a day trip to lake toba because it is a 4 hour ride to the Lake Toba.
