Medium range hotel
Nice room, clean, good staff
The hotel now in renovation, but the room quite good and clean. Breakfast need to improve.

Old 5 stars Hotel
Its obviously an old hotel which need some upgrading. The room smell very humid. I booked a kingsize bed but they give me twin bed. Elevator, lobby and room looks so old.

Grand old hotel
The lobby, restaurant and facilities
This is a beautiful old hotel and although would have been 5 star when new some hotel booking sites rate it as 3 star. Agoda offered free breakfast at the same prices for room only in other sites. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. If you like you can eat breakfast poolside. There is a lovely sauna but it does operate limited hours

not 5 star hotel standard
big room, location, strategic
location is on the center of city and can easily find many nice place for cullinary. but i ever experience double pay in this hotel when i check in not from agoda (my customer paid by themself, after i open by my credit card, but the hotel still issued my open card). and after i complain to the hotel, they still charged my open to my credit card. they said just become like that, because the management changing. and they must check to their accountant, but after a month still no any result. must be carefull for the double pay in this hotel

great stay
the service and staf was wonderful, hotel facilities is ok, but to live up to a 5 star rating, renovations are required.
Pleasant, location wise, nice rooms, good facilities.
