as grand as the name
location, friendliness, easy access
as a regular guess, for sure there are no things that to add for uncomfortable comments except to manage the space of BF area and to arrange an integrated system for the 3 elevator to synchronize at one button, not to press both side button to operation both sided elevator to the same floor.

Great hotel. Best place to stay in Medan
Rooms were extremly comfortable, great staff and amazing choice for breakfast

POOR STAFF PERFORMANCE

I was so pleasant with everything in this hotel. Everything was good, unless the staff performance in the reception. The management need to train them to be more polite, more efficient in work. When i want to check in and check out, all the staff over there was talking to each other. and when they look at me, the did not even give a smile. It so poor for five stars hotel to have a staff performance like that. Please improve on that.
