A good hotel in Medan, highly recommend, the hotel personnel provide good services and their all friendly, the morning buffet range are comprehensive, much better than normal hotel offer, if your bored the ground floor disco is one of the favorite spot where local and foreigner will go.

Aston hotel offer so many things you can enjoy. Just cross the street then you can have a lot of foods to eat and walk around. It also have pub inseide the hotel. The swimming pool is big and convenience also. The breakfst is adoreableee!! we love it so much, so many foods you can choose, from English breakfast, japanese food and Indonesian food all is there.

I have been here three times, the first time was in 2010. From the first time I was here not only I was impressed by physical aspects and facilities of the hotel, hospitable services from hotel staffs impressed me as well. That first impression did not change till my last visit.
One more thing...breakfast here has no competitors in the city, and among the best in the country.

this will be the second time staying at grand aston service apartment. i was overall satisfied with my stay but there were a few issues that needs immediate improvements. the AC was not functioning as usual and made a lot of noises every 20minutes. but the staff was excellent in attending the prob every time i called them regarding the problem.
