great stay but some rooms need improvements in the air conditioning and hot water system. those are the minor stuffs that need imprvement. the mosquito problems at the lobby has mproved but still some work neede to be done.

Not far from the airport and also the main attrations of Medan can be reached by a 20 min walk. Breakfast is very poor but the food in the restaurant is ok. A travel center help you to organize your trip. Staff friendly but the Hotel taxi is very expensive.

the hotel have a very nice environment to stay ,the rooms are big ,clean and comfortable bed.the breakfast provide nice food and the staff was very nice.location in a center city, near by have a supermarket-easy to buy thing.(snack food or drink). nearby hotel have a nice Chinese Restoration.

Simple Hotel but bed sheets need improvement

Overall the stay is good, the breakfast is decent. However, the bedsheet and bed cover sheets are furry (small dots of fur), indicating it is quite and old sheet. Management perhaps need to change that

I had a great stay there. It is safe with safe deposit. The staffs there were friendly. Breakfast is okay. I would recommend this hotel for value.
