When I was staying in this hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful. they always give us a smile. the room of the hotel are comfortable and the price are reasonable. I can say this hotel is the best hotel to stay if traveler want to get cheap price with good customer service and comfortable room. However I would like to give suggestion to the hotel in term of internet connection, they need to upgrade the speed of internet especially the connection at level 3 and 4. Thank you.

This hotel is overrated
The room is clean, the breakfast was terrible and the wifi is not stable (always not available)

The breakfast was terrible, the room cleanliness is at par with other 3 star hotel. The major problem is the WiFi, the staff has promised us the WiFi will be available in 12 hour but we have been there for 3 days but they still have not solve the problem. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone period.

All of us enjoyed our stays there.The restaurant open till morning and the staff allow us to use the restaurant to drink and dine.They take order for food without any hesitations.Very friendly staffs.

on the first time we stayed in the hotel, we are very happy and strongly very friendly. what happened on 2nd march 2013 my group and i not very happy while in the morning breakfast, your waiters' and waitress at the coffee lounge at too root. no friendliness and co-operated. while were eating - they also eating while moving around the area. sorry to say that all its happened.

Not far from the airport and also the main attrations of Medan can be reached by a 20 min walk. Breakfast is very poor but the food in the restaurant is ok. A travel center help you to organize your trip. Staff friendly but the Hotel taxi is very expensive.
