Nice friendly hotel staff with clean large rooms.It is close to central shopping mall,within walking distance of 20 minutes. The swimming pool was not properly clean up during our visit. The gym facilities are well maintained. We like the hotel restaurant as the breakfast has good varieties and choices.

The hotel next to the mall make it very convenient. Starbuck coffee in the mall. Free Wifi in room. Staff are nice. But lobby is quite small. Most of time is packed around there.

This is a very good hotel situated in Medan. The location is fantastic as it is next for a premier shopping center. Food and entertainment is easily accessible. The taxis have no problems locating the hotel as it one of the best is Medan. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Restaurant Tip:
Great selection of restaurants within the close vicinity of the hotel. There is a pub come restaurant about 5 minutes walk away. Must go.

As usual I have stayed at this hotel many of times. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staffs. Even changing of rooms is no problems for the management. The things which I truly enjoy was the selection of its yummy buffet breakfast. All my expectations were met. It has a separate room for smokers which was very thoughtful of them, so not to inconvenience the non-smokers. I would come back time after time. Thank you
