i had a great stay in this hotel. nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we were able to get taxis, drivers, directions from just about anyone on staff. the breakfast is fantastic and a great way to start the day. the location is very near the airport which was good for us.
a great value experience.

we enjoyed this hotel's location and quality of service. the breakfast was delicious and great selection. rooms large and quiet. internet worked well and it was a quiet place to stay.

This was suppose to be a very good hotel. However, the rooms stink of mold. I moved out of the 8th floor to the 16th floor, which was better; but I still got very sick from the mold since I have allergy.

Very friendly hotel - lovely staff and a great breakfast.
Rooms are not new but very clean and nice.
Attached to small shop centre, mainly food, but made dinning our very easy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For Sightseeing in Medan you need to hire a driver... there is now way I or my husband could have driven in the chaotic traffic

Great Hotel with friendly service

Great spacious room with comfortable beds, great price for
a 5 star hotel , breakfast included. All in all very satisfactory and making our stay enjoyable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We were visiting friends, location is central , the shopping centre on the ground floor next door was very helpful.

A wonderful place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. the only complaint is the broadband was a bit slow and I couldn't watch the All-Star game in real time in some spots.
