We booked this hotel before reading the reviews here and were a little bit worried when we did. However, our experience here was great. We booked two of the largest suites and both had amazing views over the city and out to sea. The rooms were spacious and airy the the bed HUGE! Yes, the furniture is a little bit...

very satisfied. some of the furniture a little worn (chipped paint on legs, etc.), otherwise entirely satisfactory, comfortable, clean great tv choice and free wifi. staff courteous and responsive. fine breakfast. good location near sun mall, but i would take taxi (blue cabs across street) to people's market if you would like some articles made locally instead of imports that one can see anywhere in world malls. make sure taxis are on meter, very economical. overall, excellent place to stay.

Go to people's market instead of shopping malls

breakfast is not bad though can be improved with more choices of local food.
wifi is good, but should not need to login everytime.

this 5 stars hotel is high recommendable. the location is next to cambridge mall which have a lot of cafes and restaurants.
not far away, you can go to sun plaza which is a big mall in medan.
the room is also look quite large with nice decoration.

hotel is fairly new and facilities are good. however there is always a lot of people hanging around in the lobby to wait for other guests, so that made the hotel lobby very crowded.
the hotel is located not far from the airport so it makes traveling to the airport a breeze during peak hours

the rooms are affordable and you get what you pay for - staff are friendly; service is good although not particularly impressive - it's the best and most affordable hotel you can find within the city.
