nice clean hotel slow elevator

after long days of travel our stay was pleasant. however it took 5+ minutes to get down the elevator. room was clean. bathroom large with a tub. view of medan. breakfast was delicious

It is nice place to stay, for business and for pleasure, for family it is nice place to stay, big room, nice and cozy, very good place to hang out with your friend and the atmosphere is nice, very nice if you take this place for holiday with your family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to brastagi and lake toba, and also crocodile farm in Medan.

Dark room

The room apparently was dark, one of the ceiling light was not working.There was too many furnitures in the room.It looked worn out and needed makeover.Hotel don't have tour package for sightseeing.The swimming pool is untouchable during the day.The Wi-Fi served one user only.Connection was slow and needed login.The breakfast served was delightful though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Insist on metered taxi.Trip to Lake Toba is 4 hours.Other places not well documented.

Clean room, friendly staff, bargain rates and great location. The bed was extremely comfortable and firm. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The front office associate was friendly and willing to help in any way. Overall, the hotel provided superb accommodation and services.

Great service,breakfast was good,staff were very friendly and helpful,room was even better than the first time we were there. Very close to many interesting places of sightseeing and shopping places,too.The best part is the food.So many great places to eat.

Not really Good Hotel Anymore

Stayed here for couple of times when I was in Medan, at first I was impressed with the level of service given, but now not that good anymore. For 2 consecutive days, I have to call up and remind the housekeepers to tidy up my room. Boring breakfast, not many choices.

Lovely hotel with a pity...
Great location, great bath room, great spa premises but too simple gym, nice setting of bed room

Despite the good n even great things we enjoyed, a few un-convinient things had been fed back to the reception crews during checking-out, such as can't turn on the standing lamp and bed head set lamp, and a torn wallpaper on the wall of bath room...
And also not sound proof bed room since we can obviously hear the chat from next door room, so as maybe vise versa...

good location and clean hotel

Hotel is located near shopping mall, easy to find food. staff is friendly and helpfull. however, i couldn't get non smoking room bcoz it was full. so they gave me a smoking room, which is not convenient for me.
