strategic best location to stay

overall excellent. i was stay for a night and the front staff reception are friendly and welcoming when i am asking for information around the hotel and i also tried the room service meal, the food was fantastic and reasonable price. if i would give a rating, i will give 9/10. Since the car park needed to wait for empty slot few minutes. Might be good to have privilege slots only for hotel guesses or valet when needed.
Shopping Tip:
surrounding by walking distance 2 malls. One is beside the hotel and another one is about 5 minutes walking and feel safe when you walking at night back to hotel from mall and also shops near by the hotel. Sun Mall is the good place to shop, if you got many items to carry, you can call "becak" near the mall entrance for Rp10.000 to send you back to hotel.

Relatively small 5 Star Hotel but v good service

if compare to aryaduta or jw marriot, this hotel is older than both and small. but with the lower price than the other two, this hotel is still competitive. what i like most is the home feel. although the lobby is relatively small, but the service provided is up to the standard. you get a juice drink upon check in. whenever, they need more time, they will invite you to take a seat. the room is big and every little thing is up to 5 star class. many tv channel, marble wall, bathing facilities, everything, up to my liking. there are very nice swimming pull, gym room and sauna but i do not have the chance to try them.
Shopping Tip:
Below this hotel is a shopping mall. I rate it as a basic mall without branded staff but is a good place to kill my time with a cup of coffee and chat.

stayed here for business, first impression of the lobby, it's a 5stars hotel and everything looks good. the staff were very helpful answering all my questions and needs. the hotel also have a spa with a affordable price.

Elegant Hotel with Superb Room
Small but Elegant, Nice Interior room with exceelent quality fixtures

it is a nice and elegant hotel located at the city centre and easy access from anywhere. it takes only about 10 minutes to the airport. it is a suitable for business travellers. the adjacent cambridge mall has variety of restaurants and brastagi supermarket that sell lots of fresh fruits.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the fragrant Roasted Duck Chinese Restaurant @ The Duck King located at the adjacent Cambridge Mall, but check out the price before ordering. It could be expensive for some people...!

Nice hotel

wish they could be more accommodating, we requested for late check out eg until 3.00 pm but they gave until 1.00 pm only. also they requested deposit for the fridge in the rooms, i refused to pay so they locked it, then what is the purpose of giving the fridge at all. they should take out all the snacks instead of locking the fridge.

Good experience,staff are helpful and friendly.Close to shopping places,and pretty much anywhere in the city.Room cleanliness was okay except there were some ants in the bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When you need a taxi from the hotel,better make sure it's Blue bird taxi.

Excellent Service and Location
Staff was great, connected to large mall, with variety of restaurants and shops, convenient location

Staff were all very friendly, responsive when needed, exceeded expectations. Laundry service was handled well. Nice pool. Breakfast was very well done. Accomodations were clean and quiet. Would have like better hours for pool and fitness center (earlier in morning or later in evening).
