Stayed there for 5 nights-no problems, nice but smaller rooms, clean, new, very helpful staff, perfectly located for eating and shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Cambridge mall adjacent to the hotel, Sun Plaza mall 5 mins walk away on the main street. Restaurant Pondok Angka just around the corner 7mins walk behind the steel bridge.

Staffs able to speak english well. Bed is hard enough for me and the room is clean. Usual good facilities but good centralised location with many facilities nearby.

Pleasant hotel, bur the rooms are a bit noisy

i came to stay here to play golf in medan. the hotel was quite busy, in the room next to me was a big family which caused a lot of nice deep into the night, so the sleep could have been better. otherwise everything went well, nice swimming pool with glass walls. behind the hotel is a great vegetarian restaurant, socrates. i really enjoyed that for some reading.
Restaurant Tip:
Socrates is a great vegetarian restaurant, and virtually next door is Medan Vegetarian which offers fast food, not so culinary pretentious but still ok. Then there is a nice Indian Restarant, Cahaya Baru acrooss the main road

Since the first time I when Medan and this is the first hotel I choose and subsequently I visit medan again and this is the hotel I prefer. I would say the hotel is nice and clean and also very comfortable when the stay at this hotel.

i am very pleased with the room and it is very nice and big room for deluxe.
the service is great and very friendly people. i wish i have more time to stay so next trip to medan for me is for sure grand swiss belhotel. i`m glad i stay there.

Nice hotel, good value for money

the location is convenient, close to the airport and to the main shopping plazas in medan. i think that it is also close to a famous cake shop in medan, which sells bica ambon (yellow spongey thing). i like the rooms in this hotel, you get a clear view over medan, which isn't hugely scenic but nice, nevertheless. no complaints and the price is good

The location is great,it is near to big shopping plaza and the famous Bica Ambon (cake)in medan.The room is very comfortable with good view of medan city, mini bar and free internet.The bathroom is great with bath tab and shower.Bluebird taxi is always available in front of the hotel.Thrust me they are the best and honest taxi in Indonesia.

Nice hotel in city centre
nice & clean room , just next to the Cambridge square

welcoming drink had been served during check in time , staff are very friendly and helpful. with big & nice swimming pool , great location (near to shopping mall & airport) , served good breakfast .
Shopping Tip:
1) For those Muslim who wants to purchase "prayer costume" , recommended to go Pasar Ikan.
2) For those who wants to purchase "Branded" clothing should be visit Sun Plaza.
