The food is very delicious specially the breakfast, really enjoyed it.
But the services overall is very slow.

i stayed at this hotel from 13 till 15 december 2010. his is my first stay and was very impress with the facilities that they offer: free airport shuttle, free wirless internet in the rooms, 50% discount at the spa for hotel guest and the breakfast was awesome. ight next door and linked to the hotel is the cambridge mall with lots of international food outlets and cusines, as well as atm machines for your banking services. a short walk to the left of the hotel, you can find professional skin specialist and facial services. also, the fantastic sun plaza, where sogo departmental sore is located is also within walking distance from the hotel. however the staff should be more frindly and should brush up on their english
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you need to take a cab for sightseeing, please get the Bluebird taxi service which had just expanded its operations to Medan from Jakarta. It is the most reliable and honest taxi services that uses the meter. Otherwise, most taxi drivers in Medan are very unscrupulous and cheathing customers are very rampant

Will stay there again, for the comfort and the food. Hope the air-condition system can be better adjusted, it's too cold in the rooms with the air-con on (even if required temperature is 25 degrees).

don't take the rooms at the very top of the hotel, you can hear the singers from the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay.The counter service was excellent,very warm and responsive.Wide spread for breakfast.

next door, also shopping and fast food ,A&W,star bucks,nasi padang garuda 10 min walk away.Close to airport,taxis easilly available,courteous and helpful taxi drivers with meters and very reasonable charges to nearby shopping complexes and shopping
areas. We certainly made excellent choice of this hotel and do not hesitate to recommend to our friends.We would look foward to come back to stay in future if the opportunity present itself.No problem communicating with staff in english and Malay
language.
Shopping Tip:
The medan mall is a great place to shop for local goods,very reasonable price. restaurant nasi padang garuda is just great,
clean restaurants and sumptious local indonesian food.

Hotel was very good service. all the staff show their smile all the time. Staff also very friendly and helping the guest. But a bit frustrated because i went there on 7th December 2010, at 1pm, but the receptionist only allowed me to enter the room by 4pm. What was happened? if I'm not mistaken referring to the hotel's rules and regulations all the guest should be check out by 12noon!!!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
I suggest all the travelers should stay at least two night in this hotel, u will enjoy the Great Swimming Pool, nice Jakuzzi, and the best spa over there.
