The room was poorly maintained
close to city centre, easy to find food, great location

not recomended since it was poorly maintained regardless the hotel started business since 2008. Add few more bucks a night you can get much better option.

Not convenience for leisure
Located in the central of local resto, airport transfer is available, easy check in and check out

The bathroom was dirty, headlamp was not working, smelly room. Poor breakfast menu. the good things are the hotel is located in city center, you can Find the famous Fish head beehoon just a minute away walking, it has large window with cityview, They provide airport sshuttle, easy access to public transportasi.

The room is big but already wear out and the air aircon is hell, need to refurbish everything. The staffs can't solve the problems.

It is great hotel. Fast internet connection using cable, it is very annoying, no wifi in bedroom. Bathroom need to get more attention of its cleaness. Need to wait sometimes for hotel's driver to transfer from and to airport.

Easy access to shopping, restaurants and connectivity to various part of Medan.

Our stay in Citi International is ok value for money except the air condition is not cold enough same as per my previous trip i'm staying in this hotel in 2011. The hotel location is quite centralise and is easy to move about.
