We've a pleasant stay
close to restaurant, near city center, the hotel's price is affordable

I booked this hotel cause the only 3rooms apartment/hotel I can found from the internet. The price really reasonable. But yet not advisable if you stay for several night or if you like walk around since for the location itself. The way to go to the hotel a bit dark at night where the shop surrounding always closed

The hotel is vert basic & the breakfast is very poor,but the staff are very well trained,very nice and helpfully!The room is not well maintain but clean.The hotel area is very quiet,not a good location to walk around.However, a comfortable stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Tip Top Restaurant,a must go place.For some Malaysian maybe this place will bring back some memory.

Reasonable size of rooms but location suck

- If you have a big group, this apartment has 3 rooms with individual bathrooms for you and your group.
- Breakfast is acceptable
Downs:
- Interior rather run down and old
- Water for shower is small and electricity blacked out few times during my stay
- No amenities nearby
- Noise from the street is loud at night time and it is almost impossible for young children to get to sleep easily
- Free shuttle bus did not turn up for pick up even confirmation made with the reception

the staff is nice and polite and the room the automatic light is perfect except the bathroom need to perform some maintenace.overall the staff is nice & polite.
breadfast is so so for this kind of value.
you may walk to the shopping complex matahari or beside there has one market for the daily grocery and some t shirt and local food.
along the road have few food stall like popia nice the coffee shop which sell the juice ie pameson, watermelow,lychee.
Restaurant Tip:
A Coffee shop which sell Juice along the corner.
