my stay was excellent in marriott, we were handled by merry that time, this is my honeymoon trip. i was happy that she arranged my room perfectly, my room was upgraded, there was a cake and art towels as well in the room. im so happy for that, merry do her job well, explained everything, hotel facilities and all, she congratule us for our marriage. thank you so much for marriot for gave a excellent service for us.

JW Marriott Medan
Manager at Prime Steak address me by name, Wi Fi connection stable, near airport express train station.
in view of the very poor and disappointing service though we had spend a substantial amount entertaining our guests within Marriott premises. e.g. 2 dinner total 38paxs and lunch 4 paxs. Hotel lack of amenities in the rooms and the other problems where thoroughly disappointing consider we have stayed in other Marriotts in US, Manila etc. I.e. Executive floor No slippers, no face washers in the bathroom No hair conditioner,No guest comment card in the room The phone in the bathroom wasn't working bathroom flooded when taking a shower. Poor service on the smokers terrace, I had to call the staff 3 times for orders taking. There was NO answer on three occasions when using the red "at your service" button on the room telephone. The bath towels are not white, obviously poor laundering QC. The iron had a cry dirty sole plate, I requested for a new iron which spewed dirty water onto my shirt when the steam button was pressed. The ongoing challenges of the name change from yours to mine. Not what one expects of a JW Marriott. Our friend who recommended Marriott‎ at Medan was so embarrassed on hearing our feedback. He insisted we stayed at his home for the remaining night after our respective appointments on 17th Sept.
