We went to Medan right on Christmas eve... The decor was very nice. Free cupcake for us. The bed was so comfy so I can sleep well. The breakfast is the highest point if u stay at this hotel.. So many variety choices of local food, continental breakfast even I stayed for 3 days, I cannot taste all of the foods..and taste was really good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
U can rent a car per day around 100USD and go to the Brastagi or end of lake Toba called Pisso waterfall.. Great view

I enjoyed stay here. walking distance to restaurant.
Nice design, comfortable bed, and clean shower room, nice television set.
15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and good value for money.
The receptionist keep us wait for 10 minutes, because she can not find our booking administration, until the supervisor came, then it is overcomed.

You can stay at this hotel with afforable price. When you arrived at the hotel, you will see how they make your stays very secured. The rooms are quite spacious and peaceful. The bed comes with more pillows, make you wanna sleep more hours. The bathroom has a big glass window overlooking the bedroom, so you can still watch TV while having hot-bathub. The breakfast was okay, nothing's really special.

the hotel is great. large room and you will find extra television in the bathroom. so fun and relax when you take a bathe in the bathtub. but there is no separator between the standing shower and the bathtub or closet. you will get the view of medan city. most exciting thing in this hotel is the breakfast. the breakfast so lovely and various foods available. make us spent longer time at the restaurant. value of money for the hotel is excellent. you have to try this.

i just staying here for 1 nite and found that this hotel is very nice...hotel room is big, have saparate bath up and shower...good food...good service.....:)
but bathup water not hot...and there's bad smell from the water (or from pipe)....:(
breakfast have lot of choice and taste good.....
this hotel good for relaxation.....

great awesome service as usual .this is my favorite hotel in medan .good price and excellent value.comes with free breakfast,free usage of swimming pool,gym,jacuzzi,sauna and steam room.all brand new and well maintained.
walking distance to major restaurants also , nelayan, taipan and even merdeka walk.
security is tight and you can be sure your safety is well taken care off.
Nightlife Tip:
Head to Retro nearby the hotel.Lots of pubs and hangout places around.If you want to have culinary session head to Merdeka Walk ,having array of local and international cuisines

-Great Breakfast (5 star Buffet style with a lot of food you can choose for)
Cons
-Locations is a bit far from attractions, but in Medan people usually has to use taxi to go anywhere anyway.
Overall this is one of the best hotel I've ever booked from Agoda.
Shopping Tip:
You can ask the taxi drivers to take you to great street foods & snacks around The Hotel.

the hotel provides all services fora business traveler; meeting rooms, wifi, printing and internet station, big meeting hall plus enough chairs and tables; dinner and banquet hall.
location of hotel is within the city; close to any other attraction via taxi. the security in the hotel is sufficient for assuring customer of their safety.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city

this is the best hotel in medan hands down. the room was clean and spacious. the gym was excellent. the sauna and steam rooms were great as well. i really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 17th floor overlooking the city. it was close enough to major shopping areas in medan as well. the staff were friendly. it's my hotel of choice every time i go to medan from now on.
