The charming first class hotel service

the breakfast is very good
the service is very good
But there's no free internet
I try the spa in hotel, but it's no good.
they charge 1 hours but there's only 45mins
there is also have a comment card, but the staff help me click all "GOOD" without my confirmation, what a 5 stars hotel!!

Wonderful Hotel!
Wonderful views and good location.

We received an upgrade as the room. The room was very large with wonderful views. The bathroom was a very good size with inbuilt TV and a spectacular view across town. The food was very good.

Excellent facilities, great staff, value for money. Security of high standard, feel very safe.Breakfast was good.

Amazing Gym & Food, but too Expensive

World Class Gym. Brilliant food buffets. Otherwise a very nice hotel. Good location but you still need a taxi anyway. Sun Plaza is the place to shop. Oh yeah - absolutely no difference between the cheaper rooms and more expensive rooms except that the more expensive ones are on a higher floor - like that is worth more money? Not.

Some amazing points, some not-so-good points
Absolutely World Class Gym, Great Buffets

The current price is not worth it as there are other superior quality hotels for much less. My first night at the JW was a Nightmare - the phones were broken and kept ringing throughout the night with no one there, and kept waking me up. I complained the next morning and was moved to a new room - Note: There is absolutely No Difference Whatsoever in the more expensive rooms here and the cheaper rooms except that the more expensive ones are on a Higher Floor. That's It. I must compliment them on their gym - absolutely Fantastic, probably my favorite thing about the hotel. Also the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffets were all superb. Location is not bad either - you do need a taxi to get around anyway.

Hotel located in good location. look grand and new. room is specious but the equipment not in good condition. have great view from guestroom. the amenities need to be asked one by one. the service of staff not at 5 star level.

"Great hotel with a first for all our needs"
The excellent hotel facilities are enough to keep us happy throughout our stay

We had a wonderful stay at the deluxe room. Very spacious and comfortable and breakfast was just perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the pool,spa,steam room and jacuzzi facilities very much and would love to return to the same hotel in the near future . Hopefully it will be the same experience during the next visit. Keep up the good work!

Overall, a very enjoyable experience
Great room, very comfortable, fantastic staff

The best hotel in Medan, luxurious, very friendly and obliging staff, food was very good (Bistro dinner was not very inspiring) Breakfasts were superb. I will definitely stay again when in Medan.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Jade, the Chinese restaurant, the food was incredible.
