Baru, bersih , tapi tak punya genset

Saya memesan bed room tipe Studio. Saya check in jam 9 malam. Setelah tiba di ruangan, baru saya tahu kalau tipe Studio ini kamar mandinya di luar.Ternyata juga tidak ada air panas. Baru 15 menit di ruangan, listrik PLN mati, ternyata catuan listrik tidak ditake over oleh genset, kata petugasnya genset sedang diperbaiki, saya hanya diberi emergency light. Alhasil saya kepanasan karena ACnya mati, gerah di ruangan, tidak bisa tidur. Jam 12 malam baru listrik menyala lagi. Ruangan bersih dan perabotan masih baru.
