Your best things have been marred by afraudulent practice on my wife's credit card by your staff

Terrible due to fraudulent on my wife's HSBC credit card. It was also misused by your staff without our knowledge making 3 transactions to Tiger Airways IDR with a total payment of IDR 6,614,100.00 (RM2117.83) made on Sunday 7th of April 2013 at 10.20 am.
