Altogether a very well maintained location. Staff is friendly although they cheated us with taxi prices and forced us into a private Transport when we only wanted to get to the Bus-Station. So better organize your taxi by yourself!

I totally satisfied with the hotel service. They are really helpful and even friendly. I love the way they treats their customer. Hotel comfortable and very clean. This is the best hotel in Medan and suggest all to stay in this hotel. They have good hospitality service and even very hepful. Triple thumbs up to this hotel and I will definitely come to this Hotel again.
