Friendly staff at check in and not a bad breakfast, but the rest was lifeless and bland.
Aircon didn't work well, beds were cheap, rooms were quite old, and the whole place was just a big lifeless conference centre!
2/10!
Don't eat there in the evening, restaurant was a waste of time!
Won't be back, the Arayaduta opposite was way better for the price.

Everytime I come to medan I always stay here. A good place to stay with family and also for business trip. Not much facilities but worthed if u compare with the price. I enjoyed my stay at Santika premiere.

the hotel is located in the middle of the city, and since medan is not that big, then location is quite near to go everywhere. the design is minimalist. right next to the hotel is conference venue & gramedia bookstore. we booked the standard room and it's quite small and no refrigerator.
breakfast menu has a lot of variety and most of them are ok. enjoying the pool everyday @the hotel, sufficient enough. overall, the hotel is nice and no issue with check in or check out.
Hotel Feature Tip:
upon check in there was some problem with the room booking and an upgrade was required to get the extra bed in the room. this was sorted by the tour company at no cost to me but my guide said they always do it so watch out with your booking confirmation. room was huge and well appointed as was the bathroom. breakfast choice was good but no pork and some of the staff were a little slow. security appears very good.

It is at the central of the city and connected to Gramedia store and infront of a mall. The hotel is new so everything looked clean and good. We got a good room with best view served with fruit. The restaurant is big and food is excellent.

Location is perfect for me as my client is just across the hotel. To move around town, there's lot of taxi but as the area is considered as business/ financial district for Medan, during peak hours the traffic is bad... that's normal for Indonesia city. Alternatively, you can take 'beca' as alternative to taxi to move around.

This hotel has a very nice variety of breakfast.. Paladium Mall is just across the street. If you need easy access to attend Wedding Banquet at Wisma Benteng, it is located across the street. The furnishing of the hotel could be better as it looks a bit run down considering it is a new hotel. However, the customer service is very good and the food makes up the shortfall
