the hotel is located in the middle of the city, and since medan is not that big, then location is quite near to go everywhere. the design is minimalist. right next to the hotel is conference venue & gramedia bookstore. we booked the standard room and it's quite small and no refrigerator.
breakfast menu has a lot of variety and most of them are ok. enjoying the pool everyday @the hotel, sufficient enough. overall, the hotel is nice and no issue with check in or check out.
Hotel Feature Tip:
upon check in there was some problem with the room booking and an upgrade was required to get the extra bed in the room. this was sorted by the tour company at no cost to me but my guide said they always do it so watch out with your booking confirmation. room was huge and well appointed as was the bathroom. breakfast choice was good but no pork and some of the staff were a little slow. security appears very good.

Great location but very small room

I stayed here at September 14, 2012 for my business trip at Medan. I got the room with pool view which pretty interesting. But the room quite small. Near to Merdeka Walk, you can walk by about 10 minutes to reach there. The staffs are very friendly and nice. Breakfast also great and delicious. Try premiere room for a bigger room size, the superior room is super small specialy if u booked a twin bed room

The hotel is still very new, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was a spread and complete. Internet wi-fi is very satisfying. A few meters away is Hypermart, so it is convenient to get most of the things there.

reasonable price but very small bed

The hotel is still under construction, we came about one month before the launching. However it seems that the quality of the building material are not really good. Lobby is not in the first floor, so we have to take an elevator to find the drop off place.

There is a hyper market in front of the hotel

good location, there is a shopping mall opposite of the hotel

the price is very competitive and have good location in the city. unfortunately they have not finished in building the hotel. there were still renovating some part of the building.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shopping mall right across the hotel. They have a lot of restaurant and hypermarket in the basement.

hotel is located in city centre nearby major shopping centres sun plaza / medan fair mall . hotel staff from frontline to bellboys were very friendly and helpfull . breakfast buffet have wide variety of local and western selections .
gyms and swimming pool very new and clean . hotel concierge staff was vey helpful in keeping our luggages safely after we check out . i strongly recommend this hotel to family as well as business travellers . i shall definitely come back to stay here in future trips to medan . they had made my 3 days stay a wonderful experience ,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a cab to Medan Fair mall abt 10 mins away by Cab which charges Rp, minimum fare . Its safer than taking the Becaks .
