great location but old/outdated bathoom facilities

need a major renovation because the bad smell and damage wooden type of materials especially bathroom/toilet;
the 1st hotel in my experience where unable to provide iron to the room but need to pay as for additional service

The hotel in the picture looks nice but once you are inside, the wall are damp, the room I stayed had no windows, the toilet was horrible it made me feel sick. The towels were dirty. They do not speak english enough to understand you all they really want is to take your cash and bad service.
My experience was close to be buried in cascade!
