staff was helpfull. 1 day before check in, we go to Brastagi and we entrust our luggage in the hotel. when we back to the hotel the other day, the luggage was well keep and fine. the room was standard and old. the towell and bedsheet is old and have stain. breakfast menu is standard. but when the hotel is fullbook, we came (approx 9 am) for the breakfast, many dish, juice empty and not refilled until we finished our breakfast. go to the selat panjang st and semarang st for best hawkers food in Medan, just accross the streets.

Old but well maintained hotel
All staff starting from the Receptions to Housekeeping were eager to please.

I've stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was expecting a rather rundown hotel when checking in again recently. This time I went on a company trip with 13 others, and was gladly surprised that despite some wear and tear the hotel was very well maintained. All the staff seemed eager to please the guests and went out of their way to attend to your smallest request. With the price I paid through Agoda, I find the hotel value for money and look forward to stay again at the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to get rooms above 6th floor, as most entertaintment outlets at the hotel are located on the 3-5th floor. The noise from these outlets may disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper.
