Value for money but cleanliness need to be improved.
The staffs there are friendly. Buffet breakfast is out dated. They need to upgrade the cleanliness of the restaurant and also the rooms. Table cloth very dirty and bathroom not properly cleaned.

Strategic Location
- Strategic location. Good amount of attraction within walking distance - wifi coverage inside the room is weak. Got to go near the corridor. But speed was good. - room service was efficient. Clogged bath tub was fixed immediately - air conditioning needs to be improved. Very week. - We love the free shuttle to airport. Very convenient. Driver Narno was chatty and friendly - cleanliness for room. Someone left biscuit crump on the floor when we first arrived. - food needs to be improved. Love - Good nasi goreng. Good spaghetti. Good dessert. Hate - flies were seen on some foods. Food were left unattended. Coffee were poorly sifted. Soggy corn flakes. Breads were dry and hard before being toasted. - receptionists were friendly and helpful

Soechi may have been a prime hotel 50 years ago, but it is nowhere near acceptable for this age. If I were Novotel management, I'd remove my name from all advertisements and literature. The hotel is an embarrassment to Novotel's name. Personnel were slow, very unresponsive, and nearly rude. Hotel offers virtually nothing beyond the room and free breakfast . . . The room, although clean, had only bath towels without hand towels or wash cloths. The room had too few electrical outlets; included no in-room treats, only two water bottles . . . with no store on premises or within walking distance to purchase more. The restaurant took over an hour to deliver a late lunch with its personnel inattentive to our presence . . even when I went and stood obviously waiting. The tables were set with soiled table cloths.The free breakfast was acceptable, except for the not infrequent dishes offered as clean, that were not and needed to have the bottoms wiped dry. The location offers nothing in the way of restaurants, convenience stores, sites to see or visit, or shopping. You asked, so I'm telling you. The more than 900 travelers who gave 7.4 average rating cannot be the kind of people who understand the meaning of 7.4. No. It was not Good. It was poor.

A little old but clean. Food not too bad. Free airport transfers really make a difference.
Should repair some of the old and damaged stuff in the room. Should light up the whole area, corridors as well as the rooms.
